People have been telling me for as long as I can remember that my voice puts them to sleep. Even more common has been fans approaching me at the merch table after a show and telling me that they use my albums to put their babies to sleep. Now, I can say that is a complicated thing for a songwriter to digest, but ok babies, I hear you, let's go. Here's a full album of songs to take you off to Dreamland. No words, no snare drums, just cooing and lulling. I'm not doing any promo or anything for this album because it's so expensive to do that stuff, so I'm relying on word of mouth. If you have a baby and he/she/whatever falls asleep listening to this music, I'd be so appreciative if you would pass the word along in whatever form you feel comfortable.
ALSO! Dreamland ain't just for babies!! Use it for your yoga class! Do professional massage therapy to it! Meditate! Put it in your headphones during uncomfortable conversations! Need to break up with a long time partner but don't want to face the facts? Tax time and you're self-employed? Boss yelling at you? Boom. DREAMLAND.

Years ago I made an album of lullabies for a friend of mine who had just had her first baby. She encouraged me to release a lullaby album to the public, since it helped her with her child so much, which was the main inspiration for this album (thanks Lisa!!). The two bonus tracks included with this Bandcamp-only version of DREAMLAND are original songs from that first album.
